BACON DRESSING
Chop ½ lb. bacon fine, fry until crisp. Pour off fat. Add to Dutch Dressing..
DUTCH DRESSING
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
3 tsp. flour
2 cups milk
½ cup each vinegar & water
Blend well the eggs, salt, sugar, & flour. Gradually add to mixture: the milk, vinegar & water. Cook until it starts to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add. bacon. Yield: 1 quart.
