Baked Chicken Breasts

  • Swiss or process cheese slices
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • 2 cups seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 4 halves boneless chicken breasts

    Arrange chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish. Cover with a layer of cheese slices. Stir together chicken soup with dry white wine. Spoon over cheese slices, evenly spreading to cover entirely. Top with seasoned stuffing mix and drizzle with melted butter. Bake uncovered in 350-degree oven for 50 to 55 minutes.
