Chicken Divan
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, white meat, chunked
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 12 cooked broccoli spears (about two bunches)
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 can of Campbell's cream of chicken soup
  • 1 Tbs. onion flakes
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup potato chips, crushed.

    Arrange broccoli spears in bottom of 9 x 13" baking pan, then top with chicken chunks. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, soup, and onion flakes, and spread on top of chicken. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese, then top with crushed potato chips. Bake in 350-degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves 6 people. Nice to serve with rice. For extra gravy, dilute a can of cream of chicken soup with half-can of milk, stir until smooth and heat thoroughly.
