Cottage Cheese Salad
1 6-oz. pkg. of orange Jell-O
1 9-oz. container of cool-whip
1 lb. can of crushed pineapple drained
1 lb. container of cottage cheese, ( small flake or whipped)
1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
Sprinkle Jell-O over crushed or chunk pineapple and mandarin oranges; stir well. Fold in cottage cheese, then cool whip. Ready to use as is or chilled. You can also add 1 cup of sour cream.
