Cranberry Jello Mold
1 pkg. (6 oz.) cherry jello
1 cup boiling water
1 large can whole cranberries
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, juice too.
½ cup chopped walnuts
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add remaining ingredients. When Jell-O is slightly thickened, stir well and if desired pour into mold at this point. Chill thoroughly.
Note: You can also use a 12 oz. pkg. of fresh cranberries cooked with 2 cups of water and 1 cup or sugar, then dissolve Jell-O in hot cranberry sauce, adding remaining ingredients and following directions as above.
