Crunchy Imperial Chicken
  • 4 whole boned chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1½ tsp. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 8 oz. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned with stuffing mix

    Mix first seven ingredients (not including chicken) together in large bowl or dish. Dip chicken pieces into this mixture, then coat with stuffing mix until well covered. Place in baking dish, cover with foil, and refrigerate overnight. When ready to bake, pour ½ cup melted butter over chicken pieces, cover with foil, and bake at 350-degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.
