EASY CARROT SOUP

1 lb. each carrots & potato cut in chunks.
1 lg. onion chopped
1 cup milk
6 cups chicken broth

Sauté onion in some olive oil. Add carrots and potatoes. Add chicken stock. Bring to a boil then simmer until veggies are soft. Puree in blender. Return to pot, season with thyme, tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper. Add milk.
