Easy Chocolate Frosting

  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate morsels
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1½ cups confectioners sugar

    In a small saucepan, heat morsels & milk over low heat stirring constantly until mixture is smooth & thick. Remove from heat, stir in sugar until smooth. (If frosting is too stiff, add more milk). Makes enough for 30-36 cupcakes
