FUDGE

  • 6 oz. pkg. of chocolate chips
  • ¼ lb. of margarine (1 stick)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

    Place the above ingredients in a bowl.

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 6 oz. can of evaporated milk
  • 10 large marshmallows

    Cook the sugar, milk, & marshmallows over low heat stirring constantly – to full boil for six minutes. Pour over the contents of bowl prepared above and stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Pour into buttered 8 X 8'" pan and refrigerate until cold, then cut into squares.
