Grapes In Lime Jell-O Salad
1 can crushed pineapple (8 ¼ oz.)
1 3-oz. pkg. lime Jell-O
1½ cup dairy sour cream
½ cup seedless white grapes
banana cream dressing
1 banana
Drain pineapple, reserving syrup. Add enough water to make one cupful, heat until very hot. Add Jell-O to hot liquid and stir until dissolved. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Fold in pineapple, 1 cup sour cream, and grapes. Pour into mold, refrigerate until firm. Unmold onto bed of lettuce or other greens. Serve with banana cream dressing.
Dressing: Place in blender the following ingredients: banana, ½ cup sour cream, blend until smooth.
