Ham Loaf
2 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup soft bread crumbs (cubes)
Blend well, shape into two loaves and bake slowly in a 300 degree oven for about 1 hour. Bake for an additional 2 hours while Basting the entire loaves every 15 Min. with a sauce made by boiling the following for 5 Min.:
½ cup water
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup vinegar
1 Tbs. mustard
