JELLO PIE GLAZE (Peach or Strawberry)


1 cup cold water
1 cup sugar
1Tbs. corn starch
3 Oz. package jello

Combine above ingredients in large microwaveable container. Microwave on high until boiling. Remove from microwave. Add peach or strawberry flavored jello & stir until dissolved - set aside to cool to room temperature (about 2 hours). Use fresh uncooked fruit in baked pie shell. Pour above glaze over fruit. Chill until set. Serve with whipped cream topping.
