Lemon Delight Pie
1 Pkg. Jell-O lemon pie filling
1 envelope dream whip topping
1 8" baked pie shell
Cook filling according to directions on box, using one whole egg instead of two yolks. Measure one cup of cooked filling, cover and set aside. Pour remaining filling into pie shell. Prepare one envelope dream whip according to package directions. Stir reserved cup of cooled pie filling until smooth, then blend in 1¼ cups of prepared dream whip. Spoon over filling in pie shell. Chill at least 3 hours before serving. Garnish with remaining prepared dream whip.
