Million Dollar Fudge Filling

1 egg

3 Tbs. soft butter

1 cup powdered sugar

2 Tbs. hot water

½ tsp. vanilla

2 squares bitter chocolate (2 oz.)

½ cup whipping cream

Blend egg, butter & sugar. Gradually add hot water & vanilla. Continue blending and add chocolate cut in small squares. Blend until smooth. Whip the cream & fold into chocolate mixture.
