Monster Cookies

6 eggs

4 tsp. baking soda

1 lb. brown sugar

½ tsp. salt

2 cups white sugar

1 cup chopped nuts

½ lb. oleo or butter

1 cup M & M's

3 cups peanut butter

1 cup chocolate chips

1½ tsp. vanilla

9 cups oatmeal

Beat eggs, sugars, butter, peanut butter and vanilla until creamed. Add the remaining ingredients, using one-half of the oatmeal and mix until well blended, then add the rest of the oatmeal and mix well. Using an ice cream scoop or large spoon, drop batter on cookie sheets, flatten with spoon or dish to about 4" Dia.. Bake in 350-degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes a lot of big cookies!
