Quiche Lorraine
8 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled
½ tsp. salt
2 Tbs. flour
dash of pepper
1½ cups half-and-half
1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 8-oz. Pkg. Kraft Swiss cheese slices, cut into thin strips
Toss cheese with flour. Add half-and-half, eggs, bacon and seasonings; mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350-degrees, 40 to 45 minutes or until set. 8 to 10 servings. Variation: substitute ¾ cup chopped ham for bacon.
