Quick Rice Pudding

  • 2½ cups milk
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • a dash salt
  • 1 Pkg. vanilla pudding & pie filling mix

    In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Heat, stirring constantly, to boiling. Cool slightly; stir again; cool completely. Makes 4 servings.
