Ritzy Chicken

1 lb. box of Ritz crackers

chicken pieces

melted oleo

Place crackers in plastic bag, roll into fine crumbs with rolling pin, using as many crackers as necessary for the amount of chicken desired. Dip pieces of chicken into melted oleo, then generously coat with Ritz cracker crumbs. Place on cookie sheet and bake in 375-degree oven about one hour and fifteen minutes or until chicken is well done. No other seasonings required and no basting or turning of chicken is necessary.
