Spaghetti Pie


  • 2 tsp. melted butter
  • 4 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 well-beaten eggs
  • 6 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 8 oz. ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz. spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz. grated mozzarella cheese

    Mix melted butter, eggs, and Parmesan cheese with spaghetti. Mold spaghetti mixture in a greased deep pie plate. Season ricotta cheese with salt and pepper to taste, spread on top of spaghetti, then spoon sauce on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 350-degrees. Remove from oven, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake for another 10 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before serving. (You can use 1 lb. of spaghetti and double remaining ingredients for 2 pies)
