Spinach Dip

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package Knorr's dried Veg. Soup
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained & chopped fine.

    Thaw spinach and drain thoroughly, squeezing as much liquid as possible from the spinach. Combine spinach with all other ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for several hours before serving. Excellent with pumpernickel bread.
