Spritzer Cookies

1 cup butter or margarine

2/3 cup sugar

1 egg

1 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring

2½ cups flour

Mix butter, sugar, egg and flavoring thoroughly. Work in flour with hands until dough is pliable. Use cookie press on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake at 400-degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Dough may be colored before putting through cookie press;
