Supper Strata

  • 8 white bread slices
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 1¼ cups milk
  • 2 Tbs. chopped onions
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. dry mustard
  • ½ Lb. VELVEETA Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, cut into 12 slices
  • 8 bacon slices, crisply cooked & crumbled

    Place 4 bread slices on bottom of 8-inch square baking dish. Cover with 6 Velveeta slices, the bacon and the remaining Velveeta slices. Place remaining ingredients in Quick Shake Container. Insert blender, apply Seal and shake. Pour half of egg mixture over Velveeta slices. Top with remaining bread & egg mixture. Cover; chill 1 hour or overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Top with additional Velveeta slices, if desired. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 4 servings.
