Two Pecan Pies

  • 5 eggs
  • 1½ tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1½ cups pecans
  • 1½ cups white corn syrup
  • 6 Tbs. melted butter
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 9" unbaked pie shells

    Beat eggs with sugar until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients; stir well. Pour into pie shells. Bake in 325-degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
