Wes' Fudge
2 cups white sugar
11 marshmallows
1 small can evaporated milk
1 Pkg. chocolate chips
1 cup English walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
¼ lb. butter
Cook sugar, marshmallows, & milk over medium heat. After coming to a boil, cook gently 10-11 minutes. Remove from heat and add chips, walnuts, vanilla & butter. Stir until chips & butter are well mixed. Pour into buttered dish.
