Dear Family:
I still find it difficult to accept our loss this past year. I was trying to accept the other loss of our loved ones, but Aunt Cricket was such a matriarch. I was glad to see a lot of you at the service for her as we did not go to the reunion this year. August 11, 2001 will be here before we know it and I hope to see a lot of you in Maryland for the next family reunion.

I am still working part time and Jerry is also working. We hope to retire in two years. No grand children in the picture so we hope to travel. Jason and Amy plan to wed in 2001 but no date has been set.

Jerry and I have another trip to Italy planned for next May. We will be in Arizona after Christmas and looking forward to our sibling visit. Our Jaguar team is falling apart and sometimes I wish I didn’t have season tickets.

Tim, how about Ohio State and FSU? I’d like to see us play each other?!?! Your girls are beautiful.

Skip, I may need to get info from you so I can join DAR. Jerry is now is Sons-of-Revolution and I may join DAR. I will email you soon but I know you have been traveling too.

I think all of you enjoyed uncle Bru’s birthday. It sounds as if Aunt Jeanne is the hostess with the mostess. Best wishes to all of you for the coming Holidays and the new millenium.

It’s a very busy time of year

Love, Carol

Addendum: May 7, 2001 I’m all for putting the robin on a web site as I think my family would be more apt to participate. We do have an announcement to make. Jason married Amy Elizabeth Martin on April 17th.

"We all went to Las Vegas and had a great time and the wedding was at the Venetian Hotel on the Rialto Bridge over looking the canal. Amy’s parents and grandparents, Joda and Alex and Jerry and I and three of the kids closest friends attended. We had a great week and are very happy for the kids."
